The from-above shot when you came down the stairs to find them waiting, the from-behind shot of their alert silhouette at the door — these capture the loyal anticipation better than any front-on portrait. Our artists will interpret the pose and may suggest a hybrid (your doorway angle + a clearer face shot from a different photo). If your photo is genuinely too dark or their face is completely hidden, we'll email you within 24h with specific re-shoot tips. You only pay if we can make it work.
Q2.Can I have more than one pet in the portrait?+
Yes — up to 5 pets in one Waiting Moments portrait. Each additional pet is +$20 (covers extra composition + illustration time). They don't need to be in the same source photo — your PetSoul artist composites them naturally into the same scene. Just upload 1–2 clear photos per pet.
