When will my order ship?
Custom portraits are hand-illustrated, so orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after you approve the proof.
I haven't received tracking — what do I do?
Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. If it's been more than 7 business days, contact us at support@petsoulstudio.com.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days.
Carriers sometimes pause scans between hubs. If there's no movement for 5+ days, reach out and we'll investigate.
