When exactly will Modern Story Posters launch?
Estimated Late 2026, but the actual trigger is ≥150 waitlist signups OR a measured Emma persona conversion gap >15% in Phase 1A analytics. We'd rather launch when there's clear demand than rush a half-baked style. Subscribe and we'll email when the date is locked.
Can I pre-order or place a brief now?
Not yet — we don't take pre-orders for styles that aren't fully spec'd. If you start a brief today, we'd recommend Soft Watercolor Memories (Phase 1A active) and you can always order a Modern Story Poster of the same moment when Phase 1B launches.
Will pricing be different from Soft Watercolor Memories?
We're targeting the same Phase 1A pricing structure — Walnut-Tone Framed Canvas 12×16 from $109. Modern Story uses the same materials (Fine Art Paper, sustainably-sourced pinewood frames). The only difference is the artist's hand and the design approach.
Why isn't Modern Story available for Forever (Memorial)?
That's a brand voice decision, not a technical one. Memorial work deserves the soft gravity of oil paint — bold geometric editorial design, however beautiful, can feel emotionally mismatched with grief. Forever Moments stay in Timeless Oil Memorials, and that won't change in Phase 1B.
What if I want a Modern Story version of an existing artwork I already ordered?
Yes — when Phase 1B launches, you can submit your existing brief reference and request a Modern Story Poster version. Returning customers get a 20% reorder discount on style switches. We'll email returning customers separately when this is available.
