Q4.Do I approve all 3 canvases separately? Does it take 3× longer?+
Yes to approval — no to 3× longer. Same two-stage approval per canvas: concept sketch (Day 2–3) + final illustration (Day 7–8). All 3 sketches arrive together, all 3 finals arrive together — so you compare and confirm the trio coordinates as ONE wall. You can request unlimited revisions per canvas, free.
Timeline:12–16 days total — about 2 extra days vs a single canvas, because your dedicated artist coordinates palette + brushwork across all three so the trio reads as ONE composition (not 3 random pieces).
Q5.If only 1 canvas has an issue, do I have to return all 3?+
No — Love-It is per-canvas. If 1 of 3 doesn't match what you approved or arrives damaged in transit, we replace that canvas — free. The other 2 stay on your wall. Free reprint, repainted by your original artist to keep palette continuity.
Refund only if a replacement can't deliver the same standard (rare — under 2% of orders). Because you sign off twice before printing, refunds aren't issued for "I changed my mind" after final approval. Read full policy →
