Upload any phone snap — imperfect lighting, motion blur, distracting backgrounds all work. Your matched PetSoul artist extracts the moment, not the pixels.

Day 1–3

Sketch for approval

Your artist sends a pencil sketch — composition, pose, mood, framing. You approve, request changes, or use unlimited free revisions. Nothing moves to color until you say yes.

Day 4–7

Hand-illustrated artwork

Your artist hand-illustrates the final piece in Soft Watercolor Memories — warm pigment washes, soft edges, signed in the corner. One last approval before we print and frame.

Day 8–14

Printed, framed, shipped

Giclée-printed on 12×16″ archival canvas, mounted in your chosen pinewood frame, then shipped with wall-hanging hardware included. Free US shipping over $99.

Any clear phone photo works. For best results: your pet facing the camera, natural light, sharp focus on the face and eyes. Blurry shots, old photos, or imperfect angles all work too — our artists are experienced at working with what you have.
Yes — that's the whole point. Your artist studies your photo carefully: breed features, coat texture, eye shape, markings, and personality. The result is a portrait that's unmistakably your pet, not a generic illustration that could belong to anyone.
After you order, your artist creates a pencil sketch first — composition, pose, framing, mood. You review it and can request any changes, free of charge. Once you approve the sketch, your artist completes the full hand-illustrated artwork. You approve that too before we ever print or frame. Nothing ships without your sign-off.
Yes — you can add a 2nd or 3rd pet when placing your order. Upload one clear photo per pet and include each name. Additional pet pricing is shown during checkout.
The full process — sketch, approval, final illustration, approval, print, frame, and ship — takes 10–14 days. Need it sooner? Rush sketch is available at checkout (+$15) and moves your sketch to the front of the queue.
Cancellations and changes are free within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your artist has already begun the sketch and changes are no longer possible. Email us at support@petsoulstudio.com right away if you need to make a change.
